Wild Chimera Entertainment (WCE) was founded by Sahna Foley, Chiao-ih Hui, and Andrew Johnson. After nearly a year of discussing exciting projects, WCE was founded in 2012.
Sahna Foley helps find and develop scripts for production. Sahna is the 2011 Utah Film Commission “Spot On Commercial Contest” Award Recipient. Her winning commercial, “Lose the Green Screen”, will be aired on Park City Television during the Sundance Film Festival. She was introduced to the business through acting classes in 2008. She began working behind the scenes on student films, short films, feature films, and commercials. She has worked on over 100 productions including Sohrab Mirmontazeri’s “Blue Door” and “So You Think You Can Dance”. She is a film and theater actress based in Ogden, Utah.
Sahna owns and operates Foley’s Mixed Martial Arts Training Center in Ogden with her husband.
Chiao-ih Hui brings strong project management and effective finance management experience. Prior to WCE she has managed projects over $40 million USD, bringing them
in on budget and on schedule. Past president of the professional section of the Greater Salt Lake section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) from 2002 – 2007, she has also served on several SWE national committees including the Strategic Planning Committee and Finance Committee. Her leadership experience also includes currently serving on the Utah Industry Advisory Council. Chiao-ih is on the Board of Directors for The Utah Forum, a Board of Director member for the Utah Women Technology Council, a Steering Committee member of the Women’s MBA Alumni Association, and 1 of 8 selected representatives of the United States at the 2005 Dragon 100 Leadership Conference. Besides her native language of English she is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
Chiao-ih received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Utah on scholarship and holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business on scholarship. In 2005, Chiao-ih was named the youngest “Rising Star: Top 40 Under 40” by Utah Business Magazine and was a 2010 Women Tech Council “Women Tech Award” Award Recipient. She actively trans with multiple acting coaches within the state of Utah and has worked as a professional actress for a number of years. Her experience spans from large budget films to industrials to commercials.
Andrew Johnson bring strong start-up business experience. He is a highly successful small business owner, having started multiple businesses including Empire Aviation Inc. which served clients globally, Key To Safefy Inc., Oasis – an oxygen bar equipment company, and Aurora Aerospace which Andrew still currently owns and operates. Andrew is also an original starter of the Subzero Ice Cream franchise. Andrew is a film and theator actor and since 2004 has worked on numerous film, television, and theater projects.
